Many people now are talking about Mediterranean Diet. Many believe that it is delicious and it is helpful them live a healthy life.
So what makes this diet healthy and delectable? Why are many people so eager to engage in it now? What makes it interesting? What kinds of food are in the diet?

Yes, Mediterranean Diet is a type of diet. It is not a weight loss diet though.  Although, a Mediterranean Diet can be a method or a way to lose weight, it is not a diet like somebody would say when he wants to lose weight.
